Katherine K. Huang is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. She focuses her practice on patent and business litigation for clients primarily in the high-tech, legal services, entertainment and financial services sectors. Ms. Huang has experience with a broad range of matters, including complex patent infringement litigation, RICO actions, contract disputes, fraud claims, consumer class actions, appeals and government investigations.

Ms. Huang is actively involved in community service, and is currently president of the Westside Infant-Family Network, a nonprofit that provides mental health therapy and other coordinated services to young children and their families. Ms. Huang has volunteered as a mentor to underprivileged students and has taught creative writing at an after-school program.

Ms. Huang graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College in 1996 with a degree in chemistry and received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2000. Prior to joining Munger Tolles, Ms. Huang served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel A. Alito, Jr., then on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
