Adam Lawton to Discuss Patent Law at Upcoming Silicon Valley Symposium

Munger, Tolles & Olson’s Adam Lawton will speak at the California Lawyers Association’s “The Patent Office Comes to California” symposium, presented by the IP Law Section, taking place on June 4, and held in-person at and via livestream from the Silicon Valley Regional Office of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Lawton will participate in a panel titled “Written Description and Enablement: Section 112 Developments in the wake of Amgen v. Sanofi,” which will discuss recent developments related to the patent laws’ written description and enablement requirements, particularly as they relate to biomolecule inventions, as well as practical tips for inventors and patent applicants in light of those developments.
