Benjamin Horwich to Discuss the Aftermath of Loper Bright v. Raimondo at 2024 Corporate & Securities Law Institute
Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Benjamin Horwich will speak at the 44th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute, which will be held on September 26-27 at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. This two-day, in-person conference brings together private practitioners and corporate counsel to discuss corporate and securities law issues and developments confronting public corporations with officials from the Securities and Exchange Commission and other leading practitioners.
Mr. Horwich will participate in a panel discussion titled “Supreme Court: The Aftermath of Loper” alongside other law firm panelists. This panel is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, and will analyze the Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo decision and other recent major developments in administrative law. The panel will discuss potential impacts on future policy and the implications for other regulations and dive into how agency decision-making may change.
