Adam Jurist is eDiscovery counsel in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Mr. Jurist is an experienced eDiscovery professional with over a decade of experience leading eDiscovery initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Munger, Tolles & Olson, he was eDiscovery counsel for multiple AmLaw 50 firms.
As eDiscovery counsel, Mr. Jurist is responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality, cost-effective discovery plans in complex adversarial matters. Case responsibilities include discovery strategy implementation, and counseling around all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”) including information governance and data preservation.
Mr. Jurist also supports the development and implementation of standardized workflows to provide repeatable, efficient and compliant processes across client matters and case teams. This includes documenting all procedures, guidelines and policies for transparency and institutional knowledge retention. Mr. Jurist also has considerable experience advising on and implementing technology assisted review (“TAR”) programs that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to reduce discovery costs while improving quality.
Mr. Jurist earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He received his B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
