Alison A. Doyle

Alison Doyle is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Ms. Doyle focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on media, entertainment and technology matters. Ms. Doyle has represented clients including leading media and entertainment companies, film and television studios, sports networks, spirits companies, and blue-chip technology companies in state and federal matters and arbitration proceedings throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Munger Tolles, Ms. Doyle was a litigator at one of the nation’s top law firms in New York. Ms. Doyle served as a law clerk to Honorable Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also previously served as a legal intern in the California Office of the Attorney General.

Ms. Doyle earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as articles editor of the Michigan Law Review, president of the Privacy and Technology Law Association and vice president for the Intellectual Property Student Association.

Ms. Doyle earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she majored in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a concentration in Business, Growth and Development.

She is admitted to practice in both California and New York.
