Alison Luna is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Alison served as a law clerk to the Honorable John B. Owens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She was a summer associate at MTO and a litigation law firm in Washington, D.C.
Alison earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she won the Student Service Award for the class of 2023, the Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law Ethics and the Prosser Prize in Federal Courts. She served as managing editor of La Raza Law Journal and president of the American Constitution Society. She was also a research assistant for Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and Professor Andrew Bradt. She interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and – prior to law school – the White House and the curator’s office at the United States Supreme Court. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in political science.
