Andra Lim is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lim clerked for Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Michelle T. Friedland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Lim earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was named the Nathan Abbott Scholar (highest cumulative grade score). While in law school, Ms. Lim served as academic committee chair for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association, management committee chair for the Student Public Interest Law Foundation Auction Board, and online editor-in-chief for the Stanford Law Review. She and her partner in the Kirkwood Moot Court competition were finalists and won the best brief award. Ms. Lim also received the Steven M. Block Civil Liberties Award for her student note.
Before attending law school, Ms. Lim worked as a journalist for three years. She earned her B.A. in English and political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
