Claire Rogerson is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rogerson was a Deputy Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California, where she represented indigent federal defendants from bail to sentencing, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Steven Seeger of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ms. Rogerson earned her J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a Kirkland and Ellis Scholar and elected to the Order of the Coif. She was also a comments editor for the University of Chicago Law Review, and participated in the University of Chicago Federal Criminal Justice Clinic She received her B.A. with highest honors in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
