Jamie B. Luguri, Ph.D.

Jamie Luguri is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Her practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on antitrust and technology. She has represented leading technology clients in complex and high-stakes multidistrict litigation.

Ms. Luguri has experience litigating cases at all stages, from pre-litigation counseling and internal investigations through trial. She has written dispositive briefs, worked with expert witnesses, and managed all aspects of discovery.

Ms. Luguri earned her J.D. with high honors from The University of The Chicago Law School, where she was Order of the Coif and a Kirkland and Ellis Scholar. She also received her Ph.D. in social psychology from Yale University.

Prior to joining Munger, Tolles & Olson, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amy J. St. Eve at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Luguri also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
