Kyle Schneider is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schneider served as a law clerk to Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court, to Judge James E. Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and to Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Mr. Schneider earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was named the Nathan Abbott Scholar and received high pro bono distinction. While in law school, Mr. Schneider served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Stanford Law Review and was a member of the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. He graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in politics.
