Lyndsey N. Franklin

Lyndsey Franklin is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby J. Heytens of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also worked at a multinational law firm, handling complex issues in civil cases involving patent infringement, data privacy, and antitrust, among other matters.

Ms. Franklin earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School where she served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association and worked as a senior editor for the Stanford Law Review. She was also selected to participate in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where she worked on the petition for certiorari in Knights v. United States and on the successful merits briefing in Houston Community College System v. Wilson.

Ms. Franklin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in environmental studies and a B.A. in political economy. While at USC, Ms. Franklin earned the Mork Family Scholarship, and upon graduation, she was awarded the Order of Troy for her significant contributions to the USC community.
