Michael Wei is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Before joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Michael earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and a teaching fellow in the Harvard University Department of Economics. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in economics.
