Am Law Recognizes Munger, Tolles & Olson for Partner Diversity, Attorney-Parent Support

The American Lawyer recognized Munger, Tolles & Olson’s diverse new partner class and “progressive” efforts to support attorney parents in a story published on Jan. 7, 2019.

In “Munger Tolles Did It. Why Can’t You?,” the publication highlights the firm’s 2019 partner class, which is 60 percent diverse, and features interviews with Rose Leda Ehler and Kuruvilla J. Olasa, three new partners who were elected the same year they took parental leave.

The article highlighted programs designed to support attorney parents, including generous leave policies, flexible work arrangements and Hope Street Friends, the on-site child care facility co-founded by the firm in 2010.
