Mr. Blavin is a highly regarded authority on online intermediary liability, cybersecurity, and privacy law, and has achieved a number of significant judicial victories in recent years. Clients including Facebook, Square, Snap and Airbnb frequently turn to Mr. Blavin for guidance on untangling their most daunting legal challenges in the digital economy on matter related to the Communications Decency Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and other laws.
