Munger Tolles Partner Carolyn Hoecker Luedtke Recognized as Top Trade Secrets Lawyer

Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Carolyn Hoecker Luedtke was recognized as a 2022 Top Trade Secrets Lawyer by the Daily Journal for her litigation and counseling work. 

Ms. Luedtke has been named among the top trade secrets lawyers in California every year since the award’s inception in 2019.  

Ms. Luedtke was recognized for her trade secret and employee mobility work on behalf of renown technology companies such as Intel and Snap Inc. The Daily Journal highlighted, among other matters, her defense work on behalf of Snap in a trade secrets and patent matter involving allegations of the misappropriation of emoji and mapping technology, as well as her long running defense of Intel against claims brought by an inventor alleging the company stole his ideas for CPU cooling technologies.
