Munger Tolles Partner Miriam Kim Named Woman Leader in Tech Law

Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Miriam Kim was named to The Recorder’s list of Women Leaders in Tech Law. The award, which is part of the California Legal Awards, recognizes women lawyers handling game-changing, law-shaping, market moving work in the technology sector.

The Recorder recognized Ms. Kim for her recent successes in trade secret and other complex litigation for technology companies. 

Her recent work has included representing the interests of Applied Materials in criminal trade secrets litigation and subsequent civil litigation, defeating a TRO motion filed against Quotient Technology in a breach of contract case, and other litigation and counseling work for tech platforms and gig economy companies.

In addition to Ms. Kim’s recognition, Munger Tolles was named a finalist for Tech Industry Litigation Department of the Year.
