Munger, Tolles & Olson Earns Top Score of 100 in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for Eighth Consecutive Year

Munger, Tolles & Olson has been awarded the recognition of Equality 100, the highest possible score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index. This benchmarking survey and report measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, and scores businesses on non-discrimination policies, corporate social responsibility, supporting an inclusive culture as well as equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families. MTO is proud to have been awarded the highest score for the eighth consecutive year. The full report is available online.
