Munger, Tolles & Olson Firm Chair Brad Brian Named 2023 Leading Commercial Litigator

Munger, Tolles & Olson Firm Chair Brad Brian was named by the Daily Journal as a 2023 Leading Commercial Litigator. The inaugural award recognizes the top litigation attorneys nationwide. 

Mr. Brian was recognized for his high profile criminal and civil litigation work over the last year, which has included wildfire litigation, civil litigation involving the California Civil Rights Department, as well as a pro bono case challenging Los Angeles County’s bail schedule.

The award is one of a number of recent accolades Mr. Brian has received, including recently being inducted into the Lawdragon Hall of Fame Class of 2022 alongside legal luminaries such as retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland.
