Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Jonathan Blavin was quoted in two articles on the Supreme Court’s recent rulings in cases involving Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and online platforms, titled “Justices’ Section 230 Punt Can Influence Social Media Harm Cases” published by Bloomberg Law and “Big Tech Breathes Sigh Of Relief After Justices' Terror Rulings” published by Law360. 

Among other things, Mr. Blavin discussed how the Court’s rulings highlighted the content-neutral infrastructure of the social media platforms in question.
