Munger, Tolles & Olson Recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity as a 2023 Compass Award Winner

Munger, Tolles & Olson has been named a 2023 Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession. 

LCLD is comprised of more than 450 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more unbiased legal profession. MTO is committed to building a more inclusive and equitable legal profession through specific, meaningful and measurable actions. This commitment inspired our co-managing partners Hailyn Chen and Malcolm Heinicke to sign LCLD’s Leaders at the Front Pledge.

The Compass Award recognizes organizations who fulfill engagement and participation requirements for the calendar year, such as having managing partner/general counsel directly engaging with LCLD, nominating an LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder and participating in at least one pipeline program (1L Scholars or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
