Bethany Kristovich Named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2024 Leaders of Influence: Thriving in Their 40s List

The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Bethany Kristovich to its 2024 Leaders of Influence: Thriving in Their 40s list, which highlights leading business professionals in Los Angeles in their 40s.

Ms. Kristovich was recognized for her demonstrated impact on the legal profession and Los Angeles business community. The Los Angeles Business Journal highlighted Ms. Kristovich’s “ability to resolve bet-the-company cases, having led defenses against multimillion and billion-dollar claims brought against clients from various industries.”

The publication also noted that “[she] brings a trial-lawyer’s sense to developing a case strategy, and has counseled clients through appeals of adverse judgments, including arguments at the California Court of Appeal. She is co-chair of the firm’s class action practice group and professional liability defense group. Since joining Munger Tolles, Kristovich has had a counsel-table role at numerous high-stakes trials and arbitrations and been called upon to defend against numerous applications for preliminary injunction.”
