John Berry to Discuss Government Investigations at 55th Annual Securities Regulation Seminar
Munger, Tolles & Olson partner John Berry will be moderating a panel at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (LACBA) 55th Annual Securities Regulation Seminar, which will be held in-person on Thursday, October 17 from 8:45 am to 4:45 pm at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Berry’s panel, entitled “Responding to Government Investigations,” will discuss best practices in responding to SEC and DOJ investigations. The panel will include representatives from the SEC’s Los Angeles Regional Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
