Justin Raphael to Speak on Tech Litigation at USC Global Competition Law Thought Leadership Conference
Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Justin Raphael will appear as an event panelist at the 2024 Global Competition Law Conference, hosted by USC Gould School of Law’s Center for Transnational Law and Business, the Analysis Group and USC Marshall’s Initiative on Digital Competition. The conference will take place on June 6-7 at USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles and will convene antitrust leaders from various industries and provide ample opportunities to learn and network.
Mr. Raphael will discuss technology litigation in his panel on Thursday, June 6.
Mr. Raphael’s practice is focused on antitrust litigation and complex civil litigation, particularly matters related to technology, digital platforms and intellectual property. He has tried several high-profile matters and his antitrust experience spans trial practice, class certification and appeals.
