Miriam Kim, Jacob Kreilkamp and Taylor Benninger Discuss Pro Bono Strategies to Bridge the Justice Gap in Pro Bono Institute Panel
Munger, Tolles & Olson partners Miriam Kim and Jacob Kreilkamp and associate Taylor Benninger recently spoke on the Pro Bono Institute’s (PBI) virtual panel entitled “Pro Bono Strategies to Bridge the Justice Gap: Convocation,” which occurred on Wednesday, October 2. Held in partnership with PBI, the panel focused on how to effect systemic change through police reform, providing generative AI tools to the legal aid community and more.
Ms. Kim, Mr. Kreilkamp and Ms. Benninger served as featured panelists with PBI’s Sarah Lahlou-Amine, Director of the Law Firm Pro Bono Project, as the moderator.
MTO was honored by PBI with the 2024 John H. Pickering Award, in recognition of the firm’s outstanding commitment to pro bono legal services. PBI hosted its 2024 Annual Dinner on Wednesday, October 9 at Gotham Hall in New York City, at which time MTO accepted the award alongside this year’s other awardees.
