Munger, Tolles & Olson Renews Commitment to Mansfield Certification Plus Status for 2024
Munger, Tolles & Olson is proud to announce the firm has once again attained Mansfield Certification Plus status from Diversity Lab. This is the seventh consecutive year MTO has received the highest level of certification.
Since launching in 2017, Mansfield has focused on opening the door wider for qualified talent at law firms and ensuring opportunities for advancement into leadership are inclusive for everyone. Munger, Tolles & Olson was one of the first law firms to join Mansfield, and the effort has grown from 35 inaugural firms to now more than 365 firms in 2024.
MTO was recognized for completing a rigorous 12-month certification process that involved the firm recommitting to Mansfield’s principles of transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing. Throughout this process, the firm evaluates, develops and enacts best practices to confirm structural changes that ensure our paths to leadership are open and transparent. This is highly valued by not only our internal teams but also our firm clients who support MTO’s dedication to this effort.
The “Plus” designation indicates that not only have steps been taken to ensure inclusivity in leadership opportunities, but also that measured progress has been made.
