Munger, Tolles & Olson Secures Temporary Restraining Order Halting Executive Order Against Susman Godfrey
A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has granted Susman Godfrey LLP’s request for a temporary restraining order, finding that the Executive Order against the firm likely violates the First and Fifth Amendments. In her order, United States District Judge Loren AliKhan stated that the framers of the Constitution would view the Executive Order as a “shocking abuse of power.” Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP is proud to represent Susman Godfrey in this matter.
