Margaret Maraschino Named to The National Law Journal’s 2023 Employment & Discrimination Law Trailblazers List

Munger, Tolles & Olson is pleased to announce that partner Margaret Maraschino was named to the National Law Journal’s 2023 Employment & Discrimination Law Trailblazers list. Selected from a competitive pool of candidates, the Employment & Discrimination Law Trailblazers list recognizes lawyers who have made significant achievements in their practice while also driving the industry forward.  

Ms. Maraschino has extensive experience with labor and employment matters. Often, she defends leading national and California companies against wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination claims and termination challenges, while also being a key advisor on strategic matters and employment issues for corporations, non-profits and individuals alike. In her interview with the National Law Journal, she pointed out the need for today’s leaders to have trusted advisors while navigating how to address and enrich their employee culture. From this observation, a new “founders practice” was created within Munger, Tolles & Olson’s toolkit to support CEOs and leaders with tailored advice that suits their needs.
