MTO Attorneys Selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2023 Fellowship and Pathfinders Programs
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”) has named David Moreshead as a 2023 Fellow, and April Hu and Grace Davis Fisher as 2023 Pathfinders. As LCLD participants, Mr. Moreshead, Ms. Hu and Ms. Davis Fisher will be provided with opportunities to learn and connect with leaders in the legal profession to further develop their leadership skills and build their professional networks.
The LCLD Fellows program is designed for high potential, mid-career lawyers and is an intensive year-long professional development program that connects fellows with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance.
The LCLD Pathfinders program takes place over seven months and is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.
“We are delighted for David, April and Grace. Each one of them is a talented attorney who has shown a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion within and outside MTO,” said Achyut Phadke, co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Their participation in LCLD’s Fellowship and Pathfinders program gives them an important platform to continue these efforts and contribute as leaders in the profession.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves, through their Leaders at the Front initiative and other means, to create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. LCLD’s action programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture the talent in society and within the organization, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
